Climate change affect our health in a many ways. For example, if it's too hot you will experience heat stroke therefore you should keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water, and wearing light clothing. And if its too cold you will get a frost bite and experience numbness, redness and impaired circulation on some parts of your body exposed to cold weather. The air can contribute a lot in our health, it is important because it is what we breath in. If the air is polluted we will get sick and will have some respiratory problems which can get worst and can lead to death.

The climate impacts the air quality, especially if there is pollution, dust or particles floating in the air that  can affect the clouds and weather precipitation. The environments temperature that comes from the earths surface is imperative to our health. As human, our body needs to adjust to hot/cold or extreme temperatures as evidence by most people are getting sick when climate is changing. We have to do something to help our environment healthy and clean. Let's do our part and contribute our talent or ability to be able to save our planet.
