For my research I asked the question "How does climate change effect Canadian geese?". I found it difficult to decide on what to do for my project. For the most part I'm not usually associated with the Mississippi River watershed in direct ways. Then I thought about the only time I am directly involved with it which is when I kayak on the Mississippi. I considered doing the project on how it would effect kayaking but I decided I wanted to do something more people could connect with. I realized the one thing I see the most when kayaking and the one thing all people would connect with is Canadian geese. I believe this is a good inquiry question because it gives an obvious direction on where my research would be focused and it is a topic that everyone can connect with and understand.
