1. How much would new irrigation systems cost? And would we need to design a new system to deal with the extra rain and dryness?

Answer: Crops like corn or soy beans wont need any irrigation, it wouldn't be worth it to install them. The rain has increased in this area over the past 40 years. Garden crops like vegetables would need irrigation systems and would need to be installed in big cooperations.
