Freezing rain Question #4

Question:

Freezing rain often ends up on everything, and mainly ends up on power lines and street lights. How much weight could the power line hold before it would break or fall down? Would the street lights stop working, what would happen if they did?

I have not found the answer to this one but have emailed Hydro One, so hopefully they will give me an answer to my questions.
