Climate Affecting Water Flow

Environment   Apr 10, 2016 by Mark McGregor

In my research, I was searching to find what (and to what extent) climate change is doing to our water flow levels. I chose water flow levels particularly because of the damn located in my home city (Almonte), and I loved the precise measurements and calculations involved in measuring/predicting water levels. The topic intrigued me, and I wanted to learn more about how water levels have, are, and will change due to climate and our impacting factors. My research focused on this topic, as I felt it was important to know and understand why our water levels are rising/decreasing, and what we can do to help stop unwanted changes to our rivers, creeks, and overall water health and security.
