My group focused in on the solutions to producing/ consuming local food. Some solutions we came up with were:
-→ Create advertisements that show credibility
→ Bio-Fuel, Solar Panels, Wind mills
→ Sterile qualifications are matched, in order for local businesses to sell.
→ Different types of soil and land can be specialized for a variety of different produce.
→ Seasonal issues can be resolved using efficient storage techniques, and rations per home.
→ Make certification easier!
→ If everyone was buying, local producers would create more product, and prices would be reasonable.
→ If everyone buys local, there would be more job opportunities, not less.
