How housing and transportation in the city of Toronto will affect people and climate? Will these projects even affect the people of Toronto or not? These questions are based on research made by me, in order to figure out the effects of housing and transportation in my city, it’s also based on the problems that could be faced in the near future if a conclusion and resolution are not found. During my research, I found out that the city of Toronto has one of the fastest growing population in Canada and this could cause a problem in terms of housing. With a number of people moving into the city, the demand for housing has risen and expanded. With the cost of these projects (building homes) also comes the question “ Why would I have a home without an automobile?”. With the increase in infrastructure comes a demand for private auto use. With this also has the question “How will be power the infrastructure that we build and the automobiles that we use?”. FOSSIL FUELS. Burning fossil fuels has been the go to in our society for some time now and that has a huge impact on climate change. The question on if these issues was a great question because it makes you think about the impact that the things that we need for normal day activities have an effect on climate.
